This bodywork session is long enough for us to address many complaints that men, women and even children may face.  You can choose between a massage or Bowenwork session.  Your appointment may be complemented by the use of essential oils and/or healing massage oils, balms or creams.  If we are traveling to you, we are happy to schedule multiple appointments in a household during a single visit to revitalize your entire family.

1 1/2 Hour Session                                     $90.00

We have found a multidimensional approach to wellness to be the most effective solution to many complaints.  We encourage movement, stretching and postural exercises in addition to bodywork services.  Bowenwork and massage may be combined in a session, or you may choose a longer massage session.

As maintaining pain free movement during pregnancy becomes increasingly more difficult, regular exercise along with bodywork is crucial to maintain your health.  Some benefits include ease of movement, increased circulation and decreased pain and tension.  Improved sleep and a greater sense of relaxation are often noticed.

New Mom Special                                      $100.00

Reward the new mom in your life with a 1 1/2 hour session using luxurious creams or oils, an infant Bowenwork session to help realign their little bodies following birth and a Myarose Naturals Gift Set including a selection of products for mom and baby. This may include Soothing Baby Soap, Calming Baby Lotion, Mom & Baby Balm, Blossoming Belly Butter and/or Loving Touch Bath & Massage Oil ($20 value)  These pure, natural products limit the stress Mom & Baby face from toxins & allergens.

Postural Exercise Session                             $30.00

Postural assessments are complementary may be done with any appointment.  We discuss your health history, activities, fitness level and physical concerns, followed by a visual postural assessment.  During this assessment, we chart deviations in your posture and determine structural imbalances.  This assessment is used to design a personalized corrective exercise program.

Teaching postural exercises requires an additional 45 minute appointment, where you are taught your exercise program and receive a paper copy of the exercises so you can do them on your own at home.  These bio-mechanics and physics based exercises can relieve pain and help you move more efficiently as it re-aligns the structure of your body.

Bowenwork for Infants                          Complementary

Bowenwork is a very gentle bodywork appropriate for everyone – infants to the elderly, professional athletes to computer addicts.  The specific movements affect the brain and nervous system which initiates a healing response on the structural level.  For infants it specifically can help their little bodies recover from the trauma of birth.  Infant sessions are complementary with your paid appointment.

Out-call Charge                                 Complementary

There is no out call charge.  We will come to you, so you can stay home without a sitter, even break for breastfeeding if necessary.

Classes

We are currently putting together a programs for our new classes.  If you have interest in Couples Massage, Massage for your Pregnant Partner or Infant Massage classes, please contact us.  These may be taught to individually or in a group class.  More information will be posted here after January 2012 when group classes begin.
