After experiencing a fracture, a severe lower back sprain, and a car accident in 2 months time, walking and even moving was a constant struggle. I was skeptical about Bowen, not knowing anything about it… but after the first session, I felt strange, and by the 3rd session I was having full days that were pain free. I go to Erica all the time, she is amazing, professional, and very knowledgeable, I highly highly recommend!
